Unopened Products

• Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Full product price will be refunded once we receive the unopened item in its original packaging

Opened Products

• No refunds or returns are accepted for opened supplements
• This policy ensures product safety and quality control

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team for a return authorization
2. Package the unopened product securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back to our return address (provided upon authorization)
4. Include your order number and return authorization in the package

Important Notes

• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
• We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these requirements
